Misted windows

Can anyone tell me the easy wat to get the little plugs out of misted windows,I have tried tweezers and pliers but they just end up in pieces or inside the window. It is probably a trade secret I suppose,I have new ones to put in after it is just so awkward to do a nice job, many thanks.

If you are removing the plugs to ease the misting I would wait a while because the condensation will usually disappear of its own accord once the window has had some sunlight on it.

I did read that the material (acrylic, I think) used to make the window panes is actually slightly porous and will let moisture in to a certain degree, it just takes some warm weather to sort itself out.
