Hi all

Can anyone enlighten me as to what figures I should use when towing with a 2002 Mondeo TDCI 130 BHP, in the manual it recommends 85% of the kerbweight (1500kgs) but it also says that its maxmum towing weight is 1800kgs. can anyone help please

I am now on my second mondeo and it tows like a dream.

I have heard of some people who tow up to about 1500kg but I would not risk it and I reckon that anything over about 1350kg is pushing your luck

yes the car can legaly tow up to 1800 kg but in my opinion not safely

a Bailey Series 5 Bordeaux comes in with a max weight of 1360kg, or 1400kg if it has had the manufacturer's weight upgrade. In reality all this means is you pay
