More than 6 months abroad- Beakdown & Caravan insurance needed

HI

Hope some one on the forum can help us out.

As the title says we are looking to travel to Spain & hope to stay more than the 180 days (6 months) that the CC & C&CC clubs will allow with their breakdown & caravan insurance.

We don't want to be out of the UK when it runs out as SOD'S LAW goes.

We would proberly need it LOL.

Hi - depending on your age Saga do a much longer cover for breakdown etc. in fact they offer unlimited on their "gold" cover. The CC do a "long stay" package up to 248 days.

Hi Jan

Were too young to go with Saga, seems there not interested in you if your under 50, shame. lol.

The good lady has spoken to the CC & told her they only cover you for the 182 days now.

Ha well looks like we'll have to keep looking

Towergate Bakers (you will find an advert for them in most caravan magazines). All year round insurance abroad. Speak to them about recovery.
