Motor mover - manaul overide

I have a very reliable (until now) mover fitted to my 2008 Swift.
Just lately, the remote has misbehaved intermittently. Each time I have been able to overcome the problem by simply switching it on/off.
I've ordered an emergency cable to deal with that if it recurs
But what would I do if the rollers failed in the engaged position?
I've looked at the maker's website and it's not at all clear.

Do you have a hexagonal shaft protruding from the movers themselves. If so, I think you could use a 19mm socket to disengage them. Depending on which mover you have of course.

Identifying the mover in question would help focus replies and most probably someone knows the answer or has the handbook.
Tried Googling the model and "emergency" operation?

Thanks for the replies/help.
The mover is a Powrtouch Model3 Heavy duty. Fitted 2009.
Can't see an hexagonal head protruding from the casing.
I have the original handbook but it doesn't explain how to disengage the rollers if they fail in the 'On' position.
I'll try googling it as suggested.
