Motormover problem

Hi all I'm new on here
I have just bought a new (used) caravan with an auto engage motor mover. I reversed it up the drive and manoeuvred it into position ok. The problem is it will not disengage on the handset so I will need to do it manually. I have looked at various videos but can't find one for this model. Can any of you experts tell me what I need to do. There is a small rubber end cap which I took off and inside there is a steel round shaft which is flat on one side, difficult to explain so pictures attached. Does anybody know where can I get a tool for this please.

I bought a similar key but it did not have the T handle and could be driven by an electric drill. Of course you do need the drill to work, although a pair of Moles was the “ tested” fallback option.

The current T bar fits a splined shaft. The shaft in mine is this shape

Just a thought. Presumably you operated it onto the tyre. Did when it engaged with tyre wait for the lock on process before moving the caravan. Same again when taking off the tyres and it goes back,after a few seconds it locks off before you switch isolator off. So have you tried the on button to put on the tyre,and then wait for it to lock. Maybe that could be the reason for not coming off again. If no luck you can buy long nose Mole grips
