Motorway Workmen

Returning from a week away in Cardiff last week I was suprised to see several overhead notices stating 'Warning Workmen in the Road - Slow'. Well it's bad enough that we moan about their rate of work, but now even their bosses are having a go

thing is though, don't ever see them doing any work, they are normally drinking out of a flask or eating sandwiches etc!!

It's like the sign I read in a Railway Cafe that advertised appalling looking curled up sandwiches at prices to make your eyes water, but at the bottom said "Chocolate bars at normal prices" !!
