Hi everyone,

last year in Normandy the site we were on which was very good! was sadly sinking under the rain.Like alot of France the ground was sandy and everyones awnings groundsheets etc were in a mess.Has anyone got any tips on carrying something lightweight etc that keeps your head above water in such situations?

Unfortunately I think everyone all over France last year were siking under rain. We were in the Dordogne area last June and did not even get to put the awning up! Lets hope for better weather this year??

Got to the point last year come the last day in Bruges, I wondered wether to set off for the ferry - or let the ferry come to us !
