Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy of the book Municipal Campsites Of France,by Nick Curtis-Botting? I have tried W.H.Smiths but they say it is out of print.

It's been out of print some time (at least a couple of years) - and was published several years ago - so the information it contains is likely to be out of date too.

You can find information about all campsites in France (including municipals) from the Camping France website, where you can order the 'Guide Officiel.....' This gives details of over 11,000 campsites in France http://212.37.201.100/vente_guidesBoutique.jsp?id=20&lg=uk It's in French, but the normal camping guide format with symbols and abbreviations to tell you what you need to know.
 
The CC Europe Guide includes many municipal sites. It is maybe not 100% coverage, but usually good enough for me.
