We are leaving in two weeks time for a three month tour of France.

Starting at Dunkirk meandering down to Provence region ,across to Languedoc, then Dordogne ,up to Charente .Vendee into Brittany then slowly back to Dunkirk.

Any views on these ares would be welcome but we are after your recommendations with regards to Municipal sites that you have enjoyed over the years.

Enjoy your travels, we may just have been fortunate but never had a bad experience at a municipal. A lot of municipals have turned out to be superior to some commercial sites.
 
I put a similar post on this topic about 12 months ago and got some really good replies. (I think I called it 'Super Municipals')

Go to search and put your 'Handle' ie Ron into the Author spot. It will bring up only the threads on which you have posted an item.
