Need a decent DIY/car vacuum

I’m meeting some domestic resistance to my using either the Dyson cordless, or hoover corded for car cleaning, or vacuuming up diy arisings. So I thought I’d invest in my own piece of kit. Clearly Henry seems to be the lead one, but at well over £100 I have looked at similar types of which there are quite a few ie Tiatan, Karcher, Einhhell and Hyundai to name a few.

Any recommendations from any who is a Non Henry user most welcome.

I've had several Titan from Screwfix all ended up being used as wetvac so in the end went to the tip.
Henry is still with us after many years😲
I also have a very old Dyson handheld that gets grabbed when it's a small job.

I bought one from Lidl, parkside branded battery wet and dry vacuum , and to be honest it is great. I already had batteries for there drill, worth checking out.

I use to prefer a corded one until I got this a Shark Classic Handheld Pet Vacuum to me with my mobility issues I find it easier to use .

Thanks but I’d prefer corded as I have an adjacent external power socket.

I recently bought a cheap corded Lidl wet and dry vacuum. It does a good job and was only about £40 I think.
It might not stand up to regular heavy use but is fine for occasional garage/workshop/car cleaning.
