Need to search for tires to towing on my Ford F-150

My truck Ford F-150 is used for about 7000 miles for 1 years now, for my family's daily commutes and weekend camping trips
Now I will be towing with it and since the tires are 6 years old, and I have been having that "loose" feeling in the front that I guess is from the P rated tires I think I should replace them for safety reasons. So a good tire for towing is first on my list?
Hope to have good suggestions from everyone.

Bit difficult to advise given the truck you have is quite rare in UK. But there’s nothing special required solely for towing. However if you plan on going onto grass sites which could be muddy a more aggressive tread would help. Ie M&S or AT. Towing in winter would require all season or winter tyres if you live or tour in areas susceptible to snow.

Hello Alan,
As Otherclive has pointed out the F150 is rare in the UK, but a couple of hints in your posting suggests to me you may actually not be in the UK. IOtherclives advice is correct for the UK, but there may be different regulations and advice for other countries. I suggest you check for any local regulations for the country your based in.

We have towed with various cars over the years and with whatever tyres were on when we got it and lots of different replacement and never had any problems. The only time it might make a difference is if you rally a lot on grass pitches with no roads when a specialist tyre might be an advantage.
