Are new bailey vans still having damp rotten floors though roof leaking in I'm looking at buying one or should I buy a swift

Amongst many statistics quoted I think it is within the Forum rules to quote the following.
All models water ingress reported
2023. 8.8%
2024. 13.8%
2025. 17.6%

You have to ask why has the % of water ingress increased so much over the last three years?
Coachman came out very well. There was very little % difference between the rest.

The Bailey rotten floors have been known for some years now. If Bailey haven’t solved it, and the reason was simple🙉

Difficult to understand where Adria went in the survey. One very good position but then nothing more. But they have been consistently at or just near to the top for many years. Possibly not enough “used” ones in survey to be statically relevant.

Weather climate more rain more damp
buy a new van lasts less time so sales increase as it has to be replaced 😠

I have a 2019 Bailey Phoenix from new, just had its 6 year service, zero damp anywhere.
