Did make a couple of postings at the back end of the year but have only just starting getting round to scanning the postings on a more regular basis. Have been reading Practical Caravan on a semi regular basis for around 10 years.
Moved from a trailer tent to caravan some 18 years ago and after the initial second hand caravan to try it out have had a Marauder 450CL, Fleetwood Colchester, Lunar Lexon EB, and now a Bailey Senator Arizona. We tow with a Kia Sedona 2.9 Diesel and are members of the Camping and Caravanning Club which we have always found excellent but we additionally regularly use Forest Holidays sites.
We tried a short period of having the Marauder in storage in France for 2/3 years when we purchased the Colchester and whilst it was useful for taking our grandson to Eurodisney and a couple of holidays ourselves it was not getting enough use to justify it and it came back to pay for a motor mover on the switch from the Colchester to Lexon.
