Found this site & thought they look great, just wonderd if anyone out there has bought one, or any info about them.

Be very careful with these. Only buy from a shop that you can return it to if you are gonna buy one.

I have heard loads of stories of them ripping even in the slightest winds. The stitching that holds the awning to the bag on the awning rail coming undone (prob caused by the weight).

I was gonna get one but I`ll wait for a year or so until they have got rid of all the teething problems first.

We've got one for doing short stays to house chairs, bikes etc and put it up for the first time last weekend.I would advise watching the video very carefully as the instructions supplied with the awning are next to useless.Also the pegs are too thin and are pulled out of the ground by strong winds and we've yet to find the awning skirt.Apart from that we are quite happy with it and it is a lot easier to erect than a normal awning,as for durability time will tell.

Maybe with practice on in good weather one person could get the awning up in the specified time, but in any windy conditions 2 people are needed,who wants to boast about a 2 minute solo erection time anyway!

we purchased one, we used it thought it was great, until it rained, it leaked through the bag that attatched it from the awning rail, it also ripped in slight wind. It has now been sent back and we have had a full refund, our friends also had the same trouble and have also sent it back

we originally had a pull out Fiamma sunshade which we used on an Eribelle and it was great .

When we switched to our present Eldis and mentioned it to the Technician at the dealers he shuddered and said he did NOT advise us to use one and if we did NEVER to travel with it attached to the van . He reckoned that the awning channel was just not strong enough.

Since he's the guy that services the 'Van and does any repairs - we accept his advice.

hmmmmmmmm.... 2 minute solo erection time? I can beat that once Ive had my Horlicks and Viagra :O)

A, go for a Sunncamp Scenic Plus if its just for weekends and quickness. The Ball n Chain and myself have never had a cross word putting this one up. Saying that we never did with the Bradcot but I did use up my days quota of red words in under 10 minutes :O(
