New Santa Fe Towbar

What type of tow bars are best for the 2010 Santa Fe ?
Would the normal flanged type with a bumper protector plate effect the reversing sensors ?
or can the parking sensors be switched off ?
Any advice welcomed

My only comment is that the Witter detachable fitted to my 2010 Santa fe is perfect and being detachable stops you banging your shins when not towing. There is no means of switching off the parking sensors unless a modification is made to the cars electrics when the towbar is fitted. Others will no doubt comment on whether a fixed towbar would trigger the sensors during normal driving.

The reverse/parking sensors wont be active until reverse is selected.Mine still work as normal with a fixed bar.
