By time you buy appliances, fit them which will require professionals for gas and 230V connections it'll cost more than van is worth.

A 2 berth bailey of similar age and size is only £2000

Hi.
I have sign up to this forum to obtain a help and advise from passionate individuals. I have not asked for a judgement on my decisions ( buying a caravan without appliances) or my skills ( none of you know me). All I wanted is some help.
Thank you for those that actually help for the rest of you.... Well good luck

Unfortunately, Racer25, people can only help you when given full the full information about your caravan, I'e "240 volt to the sink" normally water goes to a sink. You state no water to the shower, but then states There is no water pump.
Please let us help you by giving us as much help as possible.
We can only help if you can give the forum the best information. .
Give us a bit more info . Or go to Caravan info.
