helpneeded please! Is it poss to tow a 1992 adria optima b sensibly on the above car. Been told its a lightweight van and i don;t really want to change the car at the mo.

Tried to work out the figures and on the face of it i think i can - though not totally sure. Is there enough capacity left to realistically load the van for a weekend away with 3 peeps in the car i ask myslef. The answer...i don;t really know!

Try a website called www.whatowcar.com you can do a search for car and van and it gives you the weight percentage and towing performances. As a guide you need to check the kerbweight of your car and maximum towing capacity, the quidelines are 85% of your cars kerbweight, however, you can tow above this if you are an experienced tower but never go over 100%.
