Newbie with dripping tap problem!

The caravan not me that is. I have today picked up a 1997 Sterling Europa 460rt and after working through the various list of jobs I need some technical help please. The washroom layout is fab with toilet to left, basin in centre and nice large shower to the right. The washroom basin mixer hot side is dripping and I cannot find a way to get to the washer to fix it. The spout section swivels down to sit in the basin when in transit. I expect Google / YouTube is your friend, if only you can find the manufacturer or model number for the tap itself. Seems to me most parts are made by Whale or Thetford, so maybe email them with your photo to see if they recognise it, and/or likewise Swift themselves?
