No 12 volts on Adria Altea 512PU

Can anybody help please. Our Adria Altea 512 has developed a strange fault. The leisure battery appears to be fully charged however none of the 12 volt system operates ( lights and 12v Aux sockets also control panel and heating panel do not illuminate) unless connected to a mains hook up. None of the fuses in the main fuse panel are blown. I’m running out of ideas. Is there another fuse hidden somewhere outside the fuse box/ consumer unit?? The 12 volt circuit is turned on in this panel at the 12 volt button. No power here. Need help guys!
