No battery power

It seems we have lost all battery power on our 2005 Abbey Spectrum 535. We have it plugged into the mains and the battery is good. All other mains electrics work. My husband has checked the in line fuse and that is ok. The two switches are on over the door - is there something we've missed ? We've only had it a couple of weeks so I'm convinced it something simple we are missing
