No Mains Power

Folks

Please can anyone help. This is driving me up the walls.

Used my Lunar X2000 last weekend, all waqs fine power-wise. Hooked up the mains tonight and nothing. There is power getting to the van okay - the polarity light is on - but there's no power in the van. In addition, when I test the circuit, by pressing the 'test' button nothing happens. What has happened??? Any ideas??

Sounds like the mainswitch may be faulty, or has tripped, try pushing the switch down fully, then back up.

or there may be a poor connection, between the incoming socket and the rcb unit.

A possible problem could be you have lost the neutral, this would give you a supply light (maybe) just check your plug/socket connections which would only take a few minutes.

If the RCD test button doesnt trip the breaker, obviously you don't have a supply to it, as you said.

Please disconnect supply to van before checking.

Problem solved.

The neutral wire had come adrift from its pin in the male connector in the mains lead. Hence the polarity light.
