Hi Peeps

Hears one for you. Bet no ones knows.

We desparately trying to find information on the house we now live in. Its was built about 18 years ago, by beazer.

We know Persimmon took them over, and have approached Persimmon.

We want to find out what the square footage of the houses were when built.

How long are records kept, or where can we look to find the information?
 
The Land Registry keeps all deatils re all house transactions since about 1951.

And visit the planning office of your local council. Plans for your house woul have had to have been passed by them, so ask to see the file or if that is possible.

I doubt that builders would keep the plans this long, but if you want the sqare footage surely you just measure it!
