Omni-Vent 12V - V04 Fan

Eventually it happened.
My Swift Omni-Vent 12V - V04 roof fan packed in.
The direction switch (suck /blow) went some time ago, now the 3 speed on off switch has gone.
Anyone else had this happen and because paarts are very difficult to source, has anyone found a newer reliable whole fan to fit the 400 x 400 roof cutout?
Not sure what to do, replace the whole unit or try and buy the switch and fan separately?

The Omni-vent in our 2013 Lunar has been troublesome all it's life, replaced under warranty, but the replacement sometimes works, sometimes doesn't - often turns itself off after a few minutes use - I couldn't find anything to replace it except another Omni-vent so we just put up with it.
