On-site paint repair

After several months in the sun (and wind) I finf the porch awning moving slightly against the side of the van has rubbed throught the paintwork leaving a bare metal streak about 2 ft. top to bottom on a side panel with small corrugations (i.e. not completely flat). Being aware of the difficulty of matching 'white' paint and the van being German made 8 years ago, I am not considering a full respray or anything major.
However it would be nice to get it restored to some extent.
Has anyone experience of the services offered by Caravan Medic, Chips Away or any other organisation for this type of cosmetic repair. Location Somerset/Wiltshire/Dorset.

I've looked back through earlier postings and although there are several references to Caravan Medic etc. there is not much comment on how good or otherwise they are.

A chap round here used Caravan Medic for a nasty side gouge on his Bailey Ranger and was very pleased with the repair. He's now sold the van and got rid of all the paperwork, but told me he just obtained the CM details from the main website and he thinks he came from the Swindon area.
