The charger will supply what it can supply, the capacity of the battery won't make any difference.
Think in terms of your battery being a bath and your charger a tap. You open the tap and water flows into the bath at a certain rate (so many gallons per minute) The size of the bath makes no difference to what comes out of the tap, just how long it will take for it to fill your bath.
Same with your battery charger, it will push out a maximum of 10 amps regardless of the A/H of what it's "filling"
If you have blown up two chargers there is clearly something amiss, so time to get someone in to see what the issue is.
