Onboard power supply/transformer with leisure battery

The charger will supply what it can supply, the capacity of the battery won't make any difference.
Think in terms of your battery being a bath and your charger a tap. You open the tap and water flows into the bath at a certain rate (so many gallons per minute) The size of the bath makes no difference to what comes out of the tap, just how long it will take for it to fill your bath.
Same with your battery charger, it will push out a maximum of 10 amps regardless of the A/H of what it's "filling"
If you have blown up two chargers there is clearly something amiss, so time to get someone in to see what the issue is.

Can you report what manufacture is the distribution unit/charger as some are notoriously liable to failure so comments here can be altered to suit.
Look on the internet for a local AWS Technician who will be cheaper than a dealership and usually come to your place to service and undertake any repairs.
As an aside... Your tyres should usually be changed every 5 years regardless of wear, and generally no older than 7 years. Look for the lozenge with 4 digits on the side wall - e.g. 2119 would have been manufactured in the 21st week of 2019.

I often charge my battery with an optimate battery 'maintainer' that kicks out a maximum of 1 amp. Granted it takes a few days but it gets there.
Mr Plod,perhaps if the tyres are under 5years that's a positive If however they are over 5years that's a negative 🙂

Totally correct, but nowhere in the original post were tyres mentioned! So why comment on them?
On another note. My battery was causing the problem drawing power even though showing it was fully charged
