Does anyone else have a problem with the oven?Gas is coming through but only lights on one side.

2weeks ago when we picked the van up we had a similar problem with our previous van which was an Indiana is it just a Bailey thing!!!
We assumed as we have just purchased the van that it had all been serviced. This is a 2011 model not brand new.
