Overnight on Calais docks

Making final preperation before our summer jollies start.
We usually sail from Calais to Dover with an early crossing, that allows us to arrive at Calais during the previous evening without having to worry about time. We then sleep on the docks. Last year the parking area was being developed, making it very difficult to find space.

Has anyone attempted the same this year and if so would you please give an update on the parking area?

Did not try it but because part is being redeveloped space is very restricted so it looks unlikely to be possible. When we were there all three oeprators were using a very limited number of lanes and P&O and DFDS customers ended up mixed causing some confusion.
