They have the detailed T&C on their website. Seem to do two touring caravan insurance, and unlike some companies you can find the detailed policy quite easily. Here’s one of them. Hope it works out for you.
Don’t know about Accelerant Iinsurance, but the T&C via Lifesure provide the normal access to UK provisions to FCA Ombudsman etc. We’ve always commented on the reviews of insurers generally relate to how easy it is to buy the policy, not how good the claims service is. The link to Trustpilot in my above post gives reviews that include post purchase experience. The OP is in a quite difficult situation so not any easy decision.

I double checked Lifesure, here is full wording doc. Bspoke Underwriting ltd. is insurer on behalf of Watford Insurance Company Europe. Today Lifesure called me they can provide a doc I can store caravan in a communal parking area of family/relative address. Normally I like to chat on line rather than on phone so that I can keep a script of conversation in case. Having looked at some of of the comments on Trust pilot, the diversity is quite remarkable, and as I suggested, the good reviews don't seem to reflect claims performance, where as the negatives are almost all about contacting the company to log changes. You must make up your own mind, but for me there are too many alarm bells. Cost should not be your only concern, its how they respond when you need to make changes or a claim.
The OPs issue isn’t necessarily one of cost it is that the more well known caravan insurance companies will not offer cover for the caravan parked in a communal area. Hence his options are reduced.
I appreciate the point you have reinforced, but I would have though one of the more focused insurers might have allowed such usage but with probably higher premiums, or perhaps time limited cover for short stays in public places.

May I suggest you make sure the Communal Parking area allocated is large enough for the caravan, doesn’t upset any neighbours or breach and answer Roger’s.
Yes, I have two private parking in parallel in front or side of the house. The length is not enough for caravan, but there are extra length, totally about 11 m, no one would park there to block parking access, and also some extra side space in my garden. Since the parking is at the corner of the house and the communal parking area, it doesn't block anyone. The council says I need to contact the land owner for confirmation. Is the council not the land owner of a communal parking area?
