Hi,
Years (many) ago, I read that a car had been towed away, complete with a baby in a carrycot on the back seat. Somebody or other declared this to be illegal. (Kidnapping?) OK, leaving a baby in the car will probably get you severely interviewed these days. But is there anybody (nervous Granny?) or anything (python or pile of £5 notes?) that you could leave in your car that would deter them from grabbing it? Purely as an academic excercise, you understand.
I beleive that if you can persuade DSS that your car is your home, they will authorise its return - free.
