Hi,

Can anybody recommend a nice site in the Peak District area. We would like to stop off for a couple of days on our way up to York.

We like Castleton, if you want to do a spot of walking the options are endless, you are on the border of the White and Dark Peak here. The village has a few nice options to eat. The A57 to Sheffield and the M1 is just up the road.

If you would prefer a CL Blackwell Hall under Buxton in the Caravan Club directory is very pleasant just off the A6 between Bakewell & Buxton. You can see the A6 but can't hear it. Hardstanding and elastic tickery.
