Peeling at joins

Hi folks,
Just a quick one. The tape/material that I’m assuming covers natural joins is peeling on most of the inside of our caravan.
It’s 20 years old so assuming it’s just lost its stick over time. Am I ok using glue to try and get it flat again. It’s more or less every piece and just has a bad look when on the whole the inside is very well kept for its age.
Thanks

Thanks, had assumed with it being 20 years old wouldn’t get replacements. Seems to be a few Lunar ones available online, not 100% they have mine but will keep hunting. Have just found an older post on here mentioning even if you glue again they tend to come away within a few weeks. Will try find a new match and try that route

On our Lunar we removed the tape and replaced with the D shape trunking. It looked a lot neater than the peeling tape. We stapled the flat bit first and then clipped the actual D shape on top. Do not glue it down.
Hi Buckman, would you have any pics of yours? Just trying to imagine the different ways of doing it. Would definitely need to remove ours. Did you do everywhere? Plan doing the roof and a few wall ones

We did our walls and ceiling joins. We sold the Lunar in 2016 so no internal pictures available.

I apply contact adhesive I spray it into the top and use a small paint brush to carefully apply to the edges. Some people have tried a relative cold iron to restick the edges , I tried that once but obviously the iron was too hot , so it didn't end well
