Yes - went there about 3 years ago and from my own personal experience would not touch it again. We had booked for 1 week via the Caravan Club and left after 2 nights (we stayed just to get over the journey with 2 young children). Half of the pitches had been cordened off whilst they were reseeding the grass. They were cordened off using 12 inch high metal sticks with sharp points at the top. We could not let the children go anywhere near them as if they fell they would have been severely impaled. There was a lot of on-site construction going on rebuilding the water points. We were surrounded by piles of sand and concrete. Work on these started early in the morning and they decided to place the concrete mixer on the pitch behind us. When it had finished for the day the electric lead was disconnected from the mixer but left connected to the electricity point and live on the pitch. The JCB was used daily moving old bricks etc. The site's response to the Club following our complaint was that it was just there for maintenance purposes and in the event that a caravan had to be moved. Many others on the site were complaining at the same time. The beach was very stoney and not really usable. We moved from there down to a site in southern Brittany, Camping Des Iles, and thus enjoyed the rest of our holiday. We did receive compensation from the Club following our complaint in the form of free night vouchers.
