Hi,

I'm new to caravanning (Bought a Bailey Ranger earlier this year and had some great times so far).

Only problem is that the TV isn't all that good.

Does anyone have any advice / thoughts on portable satelite system and whether they are any good?

Peter, this subject has been covered many times in th epast.

If you use the Forum Search facility and type in Satellite in the subject box, hit search and you will get a number of options to look at.

In the long term, satellite will become the norm among caravanners as many rural camp sites are out of sight of digital terrestrial so will suffer when analogue TV is switched off 2008-11.
