Are generally pretty good and if there is a problem the company is easy and positive to deal with. Wonder if that answers the question???

No way, where on earth do you get 56 from? You need to take one of these new-fangled GCE's they are on about!

yes but 2 x 17 =34

If you take 34 from 76 (trombones) you get 42 which is 7 x 6 (not 6 x 7)

You should all hav gathered by now that I had posting problems where my text disappeared when I pressed Preview or Save.

All sorted no by the looks of it thanks to the effort of Steve Parkes and Sproket.

Thank you all for your interest

PS. I've forgotten what my original problem was now so don't worry about it.

It must be 6 because its proper positive divisors are 1,2 and 3.
1+2+3= 6.

What was the question?
