powrtouch motormover

Hi, my swift challenger came with a motor mover however the control box wont recognise the remote is this my fault or the motor movers everything else works fine.

If you have the remote that looks like this one below ?

These are the re- Mapping Instructions as it operates on AM
If you have the blue one that operates on FM ?

These are the re Mapping Instructions for FM
If you have the wrong handset for the mover it will not pair up.....

Mine doesnt work unless the main battery is fully charged although the lights etc inside the van will work, check battery level.
Check/replace battery in handsetPowrtouch come with a lead from the control box you plug into the hand set in an emergency (got to admit I havent even tried mine to see what it does)
