raised spots

went away at the weekend and noticed some spots on rear offside on the walls, there are only a few so i picked at one and a small amount of moisture came out is this any cause for concern or if i pick every one will it dry up,looked on outside no obvious sign of holes and no sealed joins in area. please help

Sorry Simon, I tend to agree with Derek. I had a similar experience with a Lunar van some years ago, it was spotted at annual service and damp check confirmed water ingress.

Just because there is no obvious seals or damage in the immediate area outside does not mean that water is not tracking its way down from a joint some distance away from the internal signs. Suggest either get a dealer to check it out or buy/borrow a damp meter and check it yourself.
