Nothing I have any experience of, and i guess that some UK policies cover for a certain number of days abroad, however the following compare site came up from google which my help you get started...

I lived in France for a while and found that most Insurance Offices/Shops in most big towns all have an English Speaking person and I was able to insure a UK Boat and a UK Car easily through AXA Insurance . And in France Breakdown Cover is included with the ordinary car insurance. And they let you drive on a UK driving licence I would certainly try and get a caravan in France insured in France.
