Renault Scenix RX4 1.9DCi - max tow weight

Hi,

Looking for help and advice on what my "joking 4*4" can tow.

I find Renault specification booklet extremely confusing, so cannot make head nor tail of it.

I am hoping to buy a caravan this winter, and want to know what i can tow.

Please help

I haven't got the figures for the RX4 but I know Renault towing specs can be very confusing because they usually specify a gross train weight that is less than the sum of the GVW and the towload combined. That means that in order not to exceed the gross train weight, the more you put into the car, the lighter the trailer must be. If you quote the figures that you have, I would be able to explain in detail.
