Bailey Pegasus GT65 Ancona 2013 year.

Anyone done this?

I know I will need 1 shot nuts and an appropriate torque wrench, I have a hydraulic press and mandrels so should be straight forward  .

I wonder if I need to use Alko's own bearings, would a quality non OEM such as Fenner be just as good, thinking of cost here. Edit: if there is not a lot in it cost wise I would use the Alko bearings.

Any advice and tips appreciated.

I replaced the alko wheel bearings on my caravan at 60000miles as a precaution.
They are sealed for life and the old units showed no wear but one had a very slight leakage of lubricant.
I also replaced all brake wearing parts at the same time.
All parts sourced from Western Towing

The job was quite straight forward with the right tools and know how ;)

If you use non OEM bearings you lose any comeback on Al-Ko should you suffer a failure.
Why for the cost of maybe a few pounds more use anything but OEM items?
