River Breamish CC site

We are dreaming about/ planning next year's trips away and wondered about this site. It has excellent reviews on another site but a friend has told us its not that good dog wise. Has anyone been with dogs and if so what are your views please? Our two hooligans love off lead walks.

Depending how energetic your dogs are, there is pleasant walk along the river that runs through the site, off course your dogs must be kept on leads within the cc boundry.

If you look at your maps the cc site is near Powburn, just a very short drive turning left onto A697 first left onto road signposted Brandon take you into the Northumberland national park, loads of free space for your dogs to roam.

Royston

I second Royston's comment and, if we still had dogs, I would certainly take them there. Depends how they react to sheep though. The Plough P.H. in Powburn semms to be dog friendly too.
