Routes to Vipiteno/Northern Italy

I know its what you might call planning ahead but were looking at going to Northern Italy next year, probably middle of June. Realy looking at the Trento/Bolzano areas.

Whats the best route -

We usually cross western channel but realise that Dover/Calais or Ramsgate Ostend would be more sensible- but wich way from there. I lack confidence in the online systems as I'm not sure how much notice they take of CARAVAN. By the way we have a largish TA - 8metres.

haven't been to Vipiteno for yonks (25+ years) but always used to go via Vlissengen in Holland through to Venlo, cross into Germany then down through Germany to Austria cross at Mittenwald/Garmisch through Switzerland & cross into Itali through the Brenner Pass & then on down to Bolzano/Vipiteno, from memory used to take 2 days with 1 stop over around Heidleburg
