If newspaper reports are correct there seems to many "coincidence's" in their getting together. Kati seems to have followed William from around from college to outward bound & back ever since She is supposed to have said to a friend that she was going to marry a prince I'm afraid I am being cynical but that's just me

Despite what the republicans amongst us say royalty is alive and well if todays turn out is anything to go by. As I've said before, I'm not a big royalist and only saw parts of the wedding after Her Ladyship shouting 'come and see this' but that doesn't mean I wish them any harm or to end the monarchy.
What I do believe is that they are a stabilising influence on this country and are a part of our culture and long may they reign although being a realist I know this wont happen.
Good luck to Will and Kate and I just hope the media leave them alone in peace but that's too much to hope for. I for one don't mind paying my £60 a year towards the monarchy. I'd much rather pay that than the £2k per person our government pays to the very instituition that's eroding our culture.
