We have stayed at Le Logis du Breuil several times. It is an excellent and well run site. There is a huge grassed area between the camp site and the reception/shop/restaurant buildings known as the prairie giving the site a great air of space. There is plenty to do and see around Royan and Christian, the site owner, organises a weekly coach trip to Cognac which is well worth going on.
Nearby at St Palais is the start of a cycle track through the pine forests along the coast. If you are there for July 14th the firework display in Royan has to be seen. I could go on, enjoy your visit.
