Just booked Sands Caravan Park in Gairloch, so looking forward to it as it looks great - right at the beach. Just praying for some lovely summer holiday weather now!!!!!

Sands Caravan Park is a great site with a lovely beach, especially if you take any dogs or children. The showers were ok and clean. You can get fresh bread, newspapers and groceries from the well stocked shop. There are great views and you can watch the fishing boats going back and forward. The only problem is that you need to use your car to get to Gairloch as it is to far to walk. We have stayed there a number of times and always look forward to going back. Have a great holiday, hope the sun shines.
A beautiful location but be aware the ground is anything short of level and there are hundreds of rabbit holes to trip you up. Everything is excellent and the views stunning.
Thanks guys, great comments! The views look fantastic. Kids will have great fun playing on the beach, hubby will have great fun out in his Rib, and I'll hopefully be sunbathing lol ... bliss! Had great holiday last year at Achmelvich Bay, similar site really, right on the beach. xxxMairixxx
