Sargeant Stinger 310 Alarm

Trying to reprogramme alarm to alter sensitivity of movement sensor, have followed user manual but alarm keeps going off within few minutes.
Am I missing something?

Go straight to the engine driver, and give Clive at sargent a ring on 01482 881655.... Sargents customer service is second to none.
