Sargent EC620 and Alde 3020 Temp not Synced

Hi All,

Has anyone got the issue where their Sargent Ec620 pannel is saying the correct internal temperature of the caravan and the alde heating is saying it’s nearly 10 degrees hotter? Does anyone know of a way of syncing the temperature of the alde heating to the pannel?

Get a small thermometer - alcohol type - and find the real temp in the van. Then go into the setup of the Alde control panel and - if necessary - correct the Alde reading. I don't know if you can do anything about the Sargent unit.

The Alde 3020E control panel on our last van was about 6 deg wrong.

Thanks for the help, how do I correct the readings on the alde panel? I’ve looked at the options on the panel and not sure how to do that. Im most likely just missing it. If you could advise please 🙂

I have found it now, as I said just passed it on the screen. Thanks so much for your help
