Sargent Stinger 310 Alarm

My van is in storage and I have to have the alarm/tracker set for insurance purposes. I have just re-charged the leisure battery and can't get any response from the alarm. I have checked the battery and know it's OK, can it be something as simple as the batteries in the handset (both) need to be replaced?

The best people to ask is Sargent themselves.
They are very helpful and can tell you exactly what you need to do as they build the systems.
