Hello Everyone

During a recent holiday to the continent I managed to line up our sat dish to Astra 1 ( First time Novice) Our box has been pre-est to other Sats however when I tried to get Atra 2 I had no success. It comes up on the TV as Astra 2 however when I tried to adjust the dish I could not get a signal. Can anyone help me please
