Satellite Dish for travelling around Europe

Hello,Please can members advise on the best Satellite equipment for a motorhome travelling around Europe??
1.1m Dish seems the best but rather large!! All advice much appreciated. Many Thanks ,Tarawb

It's a bit since I have toured Europe and it depends on how far south or east that You are going , but in general the bigger the better . I am not an expert on this subject and am sure someone else will chip in with advice .

We were in Spain in Feb and had to buy a 1.2m dish, worked brilliantly. 140 euros for the dish and stand, everyone (well lots) had them.

The OP should have a look at the coverage maps for Astra 28F on the Lyngsat web site, then make a judgement.

Personally I wouldn't bother with one south of the French Massif Central, and forget about Italy altogether.

Essentially France down as far a Clermont Ferrand (ish), possibly a little farther south in the east, Belgium, Netherlands, and central and southern Germany are about the limit.
