Yes, I have one and it is identical to the one sold in Lidl during the summer for a bit less.
It is freesat so will not get CH4 or CH5 until their licensing agreements with Sky run out - use the link from their FAQs to Lyngsat.com to see what channels you can get (loads more than freeview).
It is 12v and very easy to set up - even comes with a flat section of cable to get under the van window, there is a sucker base which I did try on the roof, but as the roof flexes and I was worried about damaging it I now clamp it to a seperated windbreak pole and that is fine.
I would suggest you set it up at home first and make sure you have the strongest satellites loaded (Astra 1, 2 and Hotbird) this will make it easier when on site as it will recognise the right satellite when lined up - you can spend hours on the wrong satellite.
If you want a particular satellite pick a channel on that sat and then move the dish until the satfinder gets a signal and you will see if it is the right satellite.
I was so impressed that I now have freesat at home with a motor drive dish in the back room in addition to Sky in the rest of the house.
